RETURNS

Please choose carefully, as LIPT does not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide a credit note or exchange if your return meets our criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving with proof of purchase.
  • Returned items must be in unworn (no marks of any kind including make up or tan and no perfume or scent evident) unwashed and sellable condition with all original tags attached and original packaging.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
