Order Processing Time: We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days, but please note this is in addition to shipping times. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Australia
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250 AUD (estimated 3-5 business days)
- Standard Shipping: $8 AUD on orders under $250 AUD (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping: $12 AUD (2-3 business days)
International
- Flat Rate Shipping: $20 AUD (estimated 10-20 business days)
- Express Shipping: $56 AUD via DHL (3-7 business days)
Please remember that shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for any delays due to carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Lost or Delayed Packages: In cases of loss or delays by the carrier, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, LIPT Label cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the carrier.
Unsuccessful Deliveries: Make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout; any additional delivery attempts or redirects are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs & Import Fees (International Orders): International shipments may incur customs fees, taxes or duties. These are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded by LIPT Label if the order is returned or refused.
