LIPT Label is based out of Melbourne, Australia.

Who own's LIPT?

We're a small team of 2 who’ve poured our hearts into creating LIPT Label over the past decade. As we continue to grow and evolve on this journey, we’re incredibly grateful for our loyal customers and supporters who inspire us every step of the way. Your love and enthusiasm fuel our creativity and we can’t wait to share more unique pieces with you.

At LIPT Label we believe that clothing is more than just something you wear - it’s an extension of who you are. Our pieces are designed for the fearless, the dreamers and those who live life with unapologetic confidence. Our pieces are made in small runs to ensure you get something exclusive.

ORDERING

What size should I buy?

Not sure about your size? No worries - check out our size guide here for a little extra help.

We also recommend reading the product description and the size and fit section for details on the specific piece you're eyeing.

Wherever possible, we design our pieces to be adjustable (straps, closures & materials) so they flatter all body types - because we understand all bodies are beautiful and different.

As we grow, we’re committed to expanding our size range to be even more inclusive. We want everyone to feel incredible in LIPT Label and as a small brand, this is something we will prioritise as part of our growth and journey forward.

Is everything in AUS sizing?

As we’re an Australian based label, all of our styles are in AUS sizing please refer to our Size Guide here if you need help converting sizes.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly - so if you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page here.

While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we can’t guarantee changes once your order is in progress.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order in addition to shipping times. We work hard to get your items out as quickly as possible but please also factor in public holidays and weekends.

For Australia:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250 AUD (3-5 working days)
  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD on orders under $250 AUD (3-5 working days)
  • Express Shipping: $13 AUD (2-3 working days)

For International Orders:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $25 AUD (10-20 working days)
  • Express Shipping: $56 AUD via DHL (3-7 working days)

Do you ship overseas?

Absolutely! We offer international shipping options. We work hard to get your items out as quickly as possible but please also factor in public holidays and weekends.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $20 AUD (10-20 working days)
  • Express Shipping: $56 AUD via DHL (3-7 working days)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return My item?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return request. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.

Sample sale items/items with a discount of 30% or greater and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

We are happy to provide a refund, credit note or exchange if your return meets the following conditions:

  • Return Within 14 Days: You must lodge a return through the portal and provide a tracking number of the returned items within 14 days of receiving your order, based on the tracking information provided. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we cannot accept your return
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and in sellable condition. No perfume or scents, no make-up and no fake tan marks will be accepted.
  • Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, we will offer an exchange for the same item or a full refund.
  • Sample sale items/Discount of 30% or over: are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping Requirements: All returns should be shipped with tracking within 14 days of receiving the order. Please include the invoice and provide a tracking number. LIPT Label is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Return Shipping Costs: These are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or due to a packing error

To initiate your return, please book it through our Returns Portal here. If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

Once we receive and approve your return, you’ll receive a credit note or refund. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship the replacement and send you a new tracking number.

EU Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

How do I return my item?

To return your item, simply visit our Returns Portal here. You’ll need your order number and the email used at checkout to initiate the process. Follow the steps to submit your return or exchange request.

CARE & WASHING

How do I wash my LIPT pieces?

To keep your LIPT Label pieces in top shape, follow the care instructions on the label. Many of our fabrics are custom made, so please handle with care to avoid any damage.

  • Hand Wash or Gentle Machine Wash: We recommend hand washing in cold water or using the gentle cycle in a delicates bag. For heavily embellished items, hand wash only to avoid any damage.
  • Skip the Hot Water: Cold water is your best friend - it helps prevent shrinking and protects the fabric.
  • Gentle Detergent Only: Use a gentle/mild detergent and steer clear of bleach, which can weaken fabrics and dull colours.
  • Air Drying: Lay your pieces flat to air dry. Avoid the dryer at all costs - it can damage fabrics, embellishments and cause shrinkage.
  • Ironing & Steaming: We don’t recommend ironing or steaming. Flat drying will help maintain the original shape and keep wrinkles at bay.
  • Extra Love for Delicates: For sheer fabrics or embellished pieces, stick to hand washing and avoid wringing them out. Gently pat dry with a towel instead.

Please follow the garment care instructions on the label. LIPT Label is not responsible for any damage caused by improper washing or care.
