All prices are charged in AUD and are subject to change without notice
Full payment is required before shipping via Paypal
All payments will be directed to Paypal where customer’s can pay via their Paypal account or credit card. Please visit www.paypal.com.au for more information
We also offer Afterpay, a third party company that accepts fortnightly payments.

We supply a commercial invoice only with all orders. We will not be held responsible to supply any additional documents

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return request. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

We are happy to provide a refund, credit note or exchange if your return meets the following conditions:

  • Return Within 14 Days: You must lodge a return through the portal and provide a tracking number of the returned items within 14 days of receiving your order, based on the tracking information provided. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we cannot accept your return
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and in sellable condition. No perfume or scents, no make-up and no fake tan marks will be accepted.
  • Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, we will offer an exchange for the same item or a full refund.
  • Sample sale items/Discount of 30% or over: are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping Requirements: All returns should be shipped with tracking within 14 days of receiving the order. Please include the invoice and provide a tracking number. LIPT Label is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Return Shipping Costs: These are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or due to a packing error

To initiate your return, please book it through our Returns Portal here. If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

Once we receive and approve your return, you’ll receive a credit note or refund. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship the replacement and send you a new tracking number.
